The Fives Downtown Hotel & Residences All Inclusive offers its guests a full-service spa, an outdoor pool, and a fitness centre. There are 2 restaurants on site, along with a coffee shop/café. You can enjoy a drink at one of the bars, which include 2 poolside bars and a bar/lounge. Full breakfast is included in this package. A computer station is on site and WiFi is free in public spaces. There's an onsite business centre, a rooftop terrace, tour/ticket assistance, and multilingual staff are also featured at the luxury The Fives Downtown Hotel & Residences. If you wish to stay longer, arrive earlier, require flights or transfers to and from the airport, we will be able to assist you for these bookings.

Rates below show price for up to two adults in each room category. Add on extra people to your room by looking at the Extra Pax column. For example, a Superior Room has a rate of $232 per night for two adults. Adding an extra adult to the room brings room night total to $240 + $79 = $319per night.

  • Deluxe - max 2 adults / max 2 kids
  • 2 Bedroom Residences - max 3 adults / max 2 kids

Travel agency service fee of $60 USD per person not included.

FLIGHTS

Hotel package bookings do not include flights. We would be happy to provide a flight quotation for you and your guests. Please indicate if you would like assistance with flights on your booking form.

Transfers

Transfers from the Cancun Airport to Hotel and return are not included, however, we will provide all guests with a link where you may book and pay for your transfers.

Payment Details

A non-refundable deposit of $200 USD per person is required with registration.

Payments may be made using credit card. Payments will be processed directly by hotel.

Deposit is non-refundable. Final payment is non-refundable after July 1, 2024.

Please note that entry to another country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete. A valid passport is required with an expiration date at least 6 months greater than the intended return date. Living standards and practices at the destination and standards and conditions there with respect to the provision of utilities, services and accommodation may differ from those found in Canada.

Rates are quoted in USD per room per night.

Please review your itinerary to ensure that all information is correct. Passengers must be at the airport a minimum of 3 hours prior to departure for all flights. It is the passenger's responsibility to reconfirm flight times within 24 hours of departure and return. This contract permits price increases. No price increases are permitted after the customer has paid in full. If the price increases more than 7%, except increases resulting from an increase in retail sales tax or federal goods and service tax, the customer has the right to cancel the contract and obtain a full refund.


Flight schedules and connecting flights: Flight times, even as they appear on airline tickets, are subject to change due to various circumstances over which the air carrier has no control. Customers with connecting flights have the responsibility to allow themselves sufficient time to make their connections. And Transat will not be liable for any missed flight connection.

Airport check-in: We recommend that Customers arrive at the airport check-in counter at least three (3) hours prior to departure in order to allow sufficient time to obtain their boarding pass and register their baggage.


Food, water and beverages: The quality of food, water and beverages served abroad may differ from North American standards and therefore may lead to discomfort or health issues. As such, Transat cannot be held responsible for any health problems or illness resulting therefrom and the Customer is advised to take all necessary precautions.

Recommended consent letter for children travelling abroad
We strongly recommend that Canadian children carry a consent letter if they are travelling abroad alone, with only one parent/guardian, with friends or relatives or with a group. For the purposes of this consent letter, a Canadian child is defined as anyone who is under the age of majority (18 or 19, depending on the province or territory of residence).

A consent letter is not a legal requirement in Canada, but it can simplify travel for Canadian children, as it may be requested by immigration authorities when entering or leaving a foreign country or by Canadian officials when re-entering Canada.

Room allocation Hoteliers are solely responsible for room allocation in accordance with the category reserved by the Customer. My Way Holiday has no responsibility with respect to the location of the room, decor, furnishings or type of bed therein, which may vary according to its location on the hotel premises. Should a Customer choose to alter the room category upon arrival at destination, such change may be made subject to availability and payment of additional fees. Where “accommodation or equivalent category” appears, the accommodation listed is not guaranteed and the supplier will have sole discretion in choosing an alternative of the equivalent category.
